Philip H. Miller has joined Kitay, Lawrence, Rauker & Associates LLC as manager.

Associations & Organizations
Rex L. Crawley, Ph.D., associate professor and department head of communication at Robert Morris University, was named to the board of the National Marrow Donor Program at the 21st Annual Marrow Donors Council Meeting in Minneapolis.

Linda L. Croushore, executive director of the Consortium for Public Education, was appointed to a three-year term on the board of the Public Education Network, a Washington-based national association of more than 80 Local Education Funds.

Banking & Finance
Fifth Third Bank hired Timothy Malpassi as senior loan originator in the Southern Area of Pittsburgh.

S&T Bank appointed Bill Kametz to the newly created position of senior vice president of credit administration.

Brady Communications hired Stephanie Ausefski, director of client services; Kristin Ronca, account supervisor; Kelly McCormick, project manager; and Jarid Shipley, copywriter.|

PWCampbell hired Gregory Taylor as regional vice president of sales and marketing.

Education
Dane S. Claussen, Ph.D., professor and director of graduate programs, School of Communication, Point Park University, was reappointed, for a second three-year term, as editor of Journalism & Mass Communication Educator. His second term as editor will extend through February 2012.

Health & Medicine
UPMC said Dr. Gary Lemoncelli joined Health Center Associates-UPMC. Dr. Lemoncelli specializes in internal medicine and will practice at UPMC Shadyside in the Shadyside Medical Building.

West Penn Allegheny Health System said Ned Laubacher was named president and chief executive officer of Alle-Kiski Medical Center, effective Feb. 1.

David P. Gibbons will join UPMC Northwest as president, effective March 2.

Joshua M. Sokolowski joined Cenk Chiropractic's main office in Fox Chapel as an associate.
