Areas for
Policy Investigation for Community Planning Efforts
PEN has outlined a set of policy areas for investigation and
analysis, setting out a framework of resources and supports that
children need to succeed academically. These areas are akin to
Opportunity to Learn standards, or conditions of quality of education,
and are meant to focus LEF planning efforts.
The Public Education Network's framework policy areas for quality
education follows, with specific areas for investigation listed
underneath each major piece of the framework.
