Trends in the Graduation of African Americans from Schools of Education, In Pennsylvania, 2002-2004
As public education in minority communities is where a lot of the problem is today, it is important to focus on diversity in teaching as an important step towards providing those students with a better education. This report looks at the lack of diversity in teaching and compares it to graduation rates for African Americans in Pennsylvania public schools.
